Natural Breast Care was born from lived experience
Natural Breast Care began with a simple but confronting realisation.
After navigating her own breast health challenges, Susanne went looking for ways to genuinely care for her breasts, and found very little. Despite how central breasts are to physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing, breast care is largely absent from modern self-care.
There are shelves full of products for hair, skin, nails and teeth, yet almost nothing dedicated to breast health. Even many bodywork practitioners avoid the breast area altogether.
This felt deeply out of balance.
Why breast care matters
Breasts are rich in lymphatic and blood vessels and play an important role in the body’s detoxification processes, immune support and hormonal health. They also hold deep emotional meaning for many women, as symbols of nurturing, femininity and self-expression.
Yet for most of us, our breasts are simply put into a bra and forgotten.
Research indicates that a large proportion of women experience breast-related changes or discomfort at some stage in life, from monthly tenderness and fibrocystic tissue to menopausal changes, scarring and, for some, breast cancer. And still, breast care remains a missing link in women’s wellbeing.
Natural Breast Care exists to gently bring attention back to this often-ignored part of the body, without fear, urgency or overwhelm.
