What’s in Our Breast Care Teas and Why?

woman 4.png

Our breast care teas were created to support the Natural Breast Care philosophy from the inside out.

While our balms, butter and dry brush support topical breast and chest care, our herbal teas offer a warm internal ritual: a moment to pause, nourish, breathe and reconnect with your body.

Both of our tea blends are made with certified organic ingredients.

Earthy Breast Health Tea is grounding, deep and rooty.

Zesty Breast Health Tea is brighter, fresher and more uplifting.

Both blends were created with traditional women’s herbs, herbs associated with flow and movement, and aromatic ingredients that make the ritual beautiful to drink.

As we like to say:

Where good attention goes, good energy will surely flow.

Why herbal tea is part of breast care

Breast care is not only about what we apply to the skin.

It can also be about how we pause, hydrate, nourish, breathe and bring attention back to the body.

A cup of herbal tea can become a simple ritual of care. It gives you a few quiet minutes to slow down, warm your body, and remember that your breasts and chest area are part of your whole wellbeing.

Our teas are not about quick fixes.

They are about rhythm, ritual and gentle support.

How our teas fit with Natural Breast Care

Our teas support the inner ritual.

Happy Breast Balm supports regular breast and chest massage.

Breast Butter supports post-surgery scar and skin care once healed.

The Breast Care Kit supports topical care through dry brushing and massage.

Together, these rituals invite you to care for your body from the inside and outside.

A cup of tea.

A few quiet breaths.

A gentle massage.

A soft moment of awareness.

This is breast care from love, not fear.

A simple breast care tea ritual

Boil fresh water.

Add your tea and allow it to steep.

Hold the warm cup in both hands.

Take three slow breaths.

Let this be a moment of care, not another thing to rush through.

You may like to say:

“I nourish my body with love, not fear.”

Or:

“Where good attention goes, good energy will surely flow.”
